No matter what level or experience set any person is, you can always agree that you have to get back up when the going gets tough. In track and field I have seen hurdle races, and boy are they scary.

At any one point you can fall over flat on your face. One wrong step and you are done.

OR so most would say, but the minute you fall you have to get back up and finish. That is the beauty of this event.
